Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made prior to Friday, August 29, 2025 by 12 p.m. CST, after which refunds will not be granted. Registration fees are non-transferable.
Refund Weather Policy:
The Garland Chamber Golf Tournament is a rain or shine event with no refunds provided; however, if the event does not occur due to inclement weather (as determined by the golf course), the event will be rescheduled to a later date. If an agreeable date is not available, Firewheel Golf Park will offer a rain check to each of the players for the round of golf.
Weather Contingency Plan
If the Garland Chamber Golf Tournament is shortened or cancelled due to weather or the like, all players are expected to return their respective scorecard to the Firewheel Golf Park staff in the Jerry Andrews Pavilion, regardless of the number of holes they have completed.
