I am passionate about people, manufacturing, engineering, data analytics, and lean principles. I have championed sustainability teams, pioneered safety programs, and innovated data-driven systems to reduce cost.

I enjoy woodworking, playing guitar, and spending time with my rescue dog, Bear!
