Project Management: we focus on project planning and project recovery. We focus on understanding the foundational reasons of the project and then creating a detailed project plan prior to execution beginning.
Professional Development: We present workshops, partnering with Priority Management, on topics including time management (paired with a tool like Outlook or Google), effective meetings, project planning, and negotiating. Also, as our longest running service, we present productivity software training that includes the "why" along with the "how" covering Excel, Word, PowerPoint and more.
Executive Coaching: We work one-on-one to help you up upskill, work more effectively, and lower stress levels.
