Hi, I’m David Osuji, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of Elevate Life Psychiatry. I started this practice to offer modern, integrative mental health care for adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of direction. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, social relationship challenges, self esteem issues and life transitions—especially in men and young professionals. My approach goes beyond medication by including lifestyle optimization, therapy, social skills support and therapeutic coaching. I'm passionate about helping people take back control of their mental health and build lives they’re proud of.
