Position: Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
Location: Garland Texas
Terms: Full-time on site
Salary Range: $45k to $50K

About the role: Trusted World is the largest nonprofit in Garland, Texas. Our volunteer program
is one of the best in North Texas. We can handle up to 75 volunteers for our 2-hour shifts. Many
of the largest corporations in the metroplex volunteer with us on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule volunteers to work at our facility.
• Provide an introduction to Trusted World and a tour of our facility before volunteering.
• Follow up with groups to get feedback on their experience.
• Build relationships with the businesses, corporations, and community organizations
within our service area.
• Oversee volunteer operations and answer questions while volunteers are working.
• Coordinate food packing events.
• Seek in-kind gifts from the businesses and corporations who volunteer with us.
• Assisting operations as needed.
Requirements:
• Nonprofit experience preferred
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Organization and ,me management skills
• Networking skills
• Comfortable using online software
