Location: Dallas/Fort Worth. Hybrid. Field plus remote. Type: Full-time. Comp: Base plus uncapped commission.  $120K OTE (20% base / 80% variable, uncapped commission)

We help manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers make their catalogs searchable, accurate, and ready for buyers, human and AI alike. Our ICP: deep SKU catalogs, spec-driven buying, and legacy digital infrastructure. Think PDF catalogs, static HTML product pages, or RFQ forms with no real search. Industrial, HVAC/R, fasteners, and fluid power are common starting points, but if the buyer has to call or email to get a straight answer, we fit.

Deploys in less than a week in most cases, with one line of code. No IT project. No re-platforming. No ERP overhaul. We normalize the catalog and put it to work.

ChatSKU is backed by Virtina, a B2B eCommerce and digital transformation agency operating since 2011 with enterprise clients including Amazon, Sony, and Staples. You are selling a new product with an established company's track record behind it, and you will have Virtina's broader digital transformation services to cross-sell and upsell into the same accounts.

This is an early sales hire. You will own the DFW market.


The Role

You open doors. You bring relationships. You focus on what you do best.

You sell to manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers with deep SKU catalogs and spec-driven buyers. Industrial, HVAC/R, and fasteners are common territory, but any catalog-heavy B2B seller is fair game. You work the room at local trade shows and association meetings within a 50-mile radius. You build the DFW pipeline from the ground up.

You are not doing this alone. A team supports you on demos, closes, and follow-up, so your time goes toward what you do best: opening doors and building relationships in DFW.

Hit the ground running by week 2. You already know these buyers. Put your network to work and start generating revenue, for you and for the company.

You will have direct access to the founder. Fast decisions. Real ownership.


What You Will Do

  • Build and open the DFW pipeline. First touch, relationship, and introduction.

  • Prospect daily. Phone, email, LinkedIn, and in person.

  • Bring your existing network and industry connections to the table.

  • Show up at DFW trade shows, distributor events, and industry meetups.

  • Hand off warm opportunities to the team for demo, close, and follow-up.

  • Stay the relationship owner through the deal. The team executes, you stay connected.

  • Bring field intel back to product and marketing.


What You Bring

  • Located in DFW or nearby. Non-negotiable.

  • Existing connections in B2B industrial and distribution segments. Catalog-heavy, spec-driven sellers. Industrial, HVAC/R, and fasteners are a strong fit, but any comparable vertical counts.

  • Currently working in an industry that serves the same target audience. You already speak the language and know the buyers.

  • Willing to travel within a 50-mile radius for in-person meetings, trade shows, and events.

  • Willing to prospect through every available channel. Phone, email, LinkedIn, in person, whatever it takes.

  • 3+ years in B2B sales. SaaS, martech, eCommerce, OR selling into distribution and manufacturing.

  • A track record of hitting quota.

  • Comfort with a technical product. You can talk catalogs, data, and eCommerce without flinching.

  • Self-starter energy. You do not wait for a playbook. You help build it.

  • You have sold to manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers before.

  • You know industrial, HVAC/R, fasteners, or another catalog-heavy B2B vertical.

  • You already have a DFW network in distribution or manufacturing.
