The City of Garland's annual Christmas on the Square will take place on Thursday, Dec. 6, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. in the historic downtown square. This year's celebration will feature two snow hills, holiday arts and crafts, photos with Santa, horse-drawn carriage rides, an ice sculpture demonstration and children's activities. Garland churches, school choirs and community organizations enjoy partnering each year and Garland residents look forward to this free family event.
