Garland Marketing Workshop Series
In today's economy many businesses are struggling to find new approaches for maintaining and increasing revenues. This workshop series will provide the opportunity for business owners and decision makers to focus on and begin developing an improved marketing and sales strategy that positions them to achieve success. Participants are encouraged to bring their laptop to use in these workshops (optional).
Session 1 (July 22, 2011) - Strategic Differentiation; Providing Value in the Mind of Prospective Customers”: This session guides participants to prepare a marketing strategy and approach for differentiating themselves and effectively communicating value in the minds of customers.
Session 2 (August 5, 2011) - Taking Your Sales Culture from Good to Great”: This session applies the critical success factors of successful sales organizations for participants to translate their marketing plan into a successful sales process.
Session 3 (August 19, 2011) - Innovation Marketing Blueprint; Planning for Business Success": This session uses a proven Marketing Plan template and approach for participants to translate their strategy into a plan of action that will insure success.
In addition to the workshop sessions, a number of opportunities for individualized coaching and/or web-based training will be made available for participants at a significant discount from normal rates.
Presenters

Cliff Hand is the President and Marketing Consultant with Marketing Specific, Inc. specializing in creative design and concepting, project management, photography, videography and logo design, webpage design, search engine optimization, print design, and marketing strategies. He has over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience; and has won over 20 ADDY Awards for his logo designs, concepting, artwork, and ad design.
Register for all three sessions together and pay $97.
After July 22nd the final two sessions will be $47 each.
