Mount Hebron Volunteering Opportunities

Join the members of Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church of Garland in feeding the homeless, in South Dallas, Thursday, Dec. 13 from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The meals will be served at Cornerstone Baptist Church, located at 1819 Martin Luther King Blvd. Volunteers are needed. Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church, located at 1233 Highway 66, in Garland, will be giving away food baskets to those in need, Dec. 17, 2012. If you or a family you know is in need, please contact the church before Dec. 14. Mount Hebron Missionary Baptist Church and Prison Fellowship Ministries have partnered with the Angel Tree Program to serve the needs of children in the Garland, Rowlett and Mesquite areas. More than 300 children with an incarcerated parent will receive Christmas gifts. Please consider picking up the name of a child from the church, and providing your gift for them before Dec. 16, 2012. In addition, volunteers are needed to make phone calls and to help distribute gifts to the Angels on Dec. 23.
