Ribbon Cutting: Firewheel Swim and Rec Homeowners' Association

The Garland Chamber of Commerce and its board of directors invite you to attend a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in honor of the Firewheel Swim and Rec Homeowners' Association. The ceremony will take place in order to acknowledge the City partnership with the HOA and the Vitality Grant utilized to complete landscaping work around the pond and waterfalls off of Water Oak Road and Campbell Road.

 

Mayor Ronald Jones will be in attendance to cut the ribbon, joined by Rep. Angie Chen Button and various other local officials.

 

The Firewheel Swim and Rec Homeowners' Association consists of three Garland HOAs: The Hills HOA, The Retreat HOW and the Fairways HOA, collectively representing approximately 800 homes in the area.
